Getting a customized sportsguard is quick and easy, and can be done in conjunction with another planned visit to the dentist. We’ll make impressions of your teeth with a soft material called alginate,  and you are able to customize your guard with your team colour, or your favorite colour. Your mouthguard is usually ready for you to pick up a few days later.  
 

For most people, one sportsguard will last at least an entire season, assuming you don’t chew on it or have some sort of drastic changes to your teeth or jaw in the interim.
